• Sewage treatment plant completed
• Project infrastructure for electricity and drainage ongoing

Internal Finishing Work –

• Staircase area painting ongoing
• Floor Lobby interiors scheduled to be complete by June end
• Signage work will be completed in July
• Customized Excalibur High Speed Elevators commissioned by end of June 2019
• Service elevator is operational
  

Superstructure Finishing Work –

• All façade window and elevation fins completed
• Fire chute work completed
• Electrical plumbing fire fighting work will be completed by July 2019
• 70% of the external painting of the elevation is completed
• Terrace water proofing ongoing
• Main road drainage work completed
• Low Voltage including surveillance / VDP’S and Internet infrastructure work started to be completed by August 2019
• Main contractor exit by June end
